Since June, 20th, 2005 airline Germanwings has started to carry out regular flights on a route Berlin - Moscow - Berlin from international airport Vnukovo. This day solemn ceremony of a meeting of the first flight of airline took place. Passengers from Germany at a gangway of plane Airbus319 heads of the airport led by the general director of Open Society ' met Airport Vnukovo ' Vasily Aleksandrovym, the consul of Consulate of Germany in Moscow Rainkhard Krapp, Head of a transport and communication department, construction and housing and communal services of embassy of Germany in Russian Federation Zabiene Toosk, and also representatives of Germanwings airlines. Germanwings became the first airline of the far abroad, started to carry out flights in international airport Vnukovo. Under low tariffs (the price of a one way ticket is about 100 US dollars) the airline-discounter offers the passengers three weekly flights from capital of Germany in the Russian capital on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Besides since July, 16th, 2005 the international airport Vnukovo will start to serve flights of airline Germanwings on a route Cologne - Moscow - Cologne.
